New gizmo Zen Vision for Storing Digital Life

As much as I wanted to keep memories of my past and present, some latest media players just can’t hold all of it enough. I’m always stuck with limited options. With either no more memory space or unclear image copies. Photos and videos of my precious moments are what I’d like to have with me wherever I may go, and so with all of my favorite music to keep me away from boredom. I need a gizmo to hold all of them together, and i need it to be in a single portable player.

Here is a new gadget from Creative that stores music, photos and videos in a light and pocket-sized player, only 239g (with battery). Holds digital canvas of everything you wanted to keep. With sleek and spacious 30GB model, it can hold every moment for sharing. Features include storage of thousands of photos, 120 hours of movie screening, or even 15,000 songs to play. Supports video formats like MPEG1, MPEG2 and MPEG4-SP, and JPEG for photos. Provides 8 preset EQ settings and 97dB signal-to-noise ratio for music. Package contents include slideshows, integrated plug and view feature, full access to online music stores, lightweight magnesium casing, removable and rechargeable battery, and free channels on Zencast.

Though no matter how cool this gadget could be, we still need to know its pros and cons to keep us from getting one. http://www.widgetsandgadgets.com/creativezen-vision.html sees Creative Zen Vision as convenient on controls, connectors and jacks for audio-video, power adapter, headphones, compact flash, USB 2.0, and the optional docking cradle, comprehensive media formats and built-in equalizer for much better sound customization. There could be some problems with huge video files though. It causes player to freeze. And some delays for recording due to lacking of sensitivity department in the built-in microphone.

But for its overall package, it is an impressive second entry from Creative into the portable media player market. Making digital life at it best.
